WiFi - How good / reliable is it? Is it expensive?

Gym - How decent is the equipment. I am a gym fan - I adore working out when I get up..... where is it realtive to the accomodation?

Spa - Do they have therapists that provide decent sports massage? Is it expensive?

Clearly the real fun will have nothing to do with any of these three. Can't wait to strip off in the sun and party all night - but useful to know these things anyway.....

    Thanks!

We've been there 11 times (also from London btw) and Wifi coverage is good now and we could access it from our room (we were there at the beginning of February).

Gym is very good and is in the middle of the resort, just past the dining area. We've done a lot of travelling and it is the best out of any resort we have been to. Lots of spin bikes, there is a lovely studio area and there is a good variety of weights machines. There is also a number of tennis court and two squash courts. The wife is a gym regular here and enjoys being able to work out at Hedo too.

The spa is really nice and you can get a good professional massage there for about $75.

It's a fantastic place and I'm sure you'll love it.

HEHE... those are all things we were very worried about before we went.

    then never opened the laptop.

never worked out in the gym.

    never went for the spa.

And the week was utterly perfect!

just enough for a vacation spot, you will find it busy at times. there will also be some fitness classes available.

Does anyone know if the WiFi at H3 goes to the rooms? There were folks in the lobby last summer because they couldn't get it anywhere else.

I go to the gym 5 days a week at home...when I'm on vacation, I want a vacation from the gym as well. After all--no better workout than walking for miles on the beach--you'll feel your calves burn like no other workout...! And if you remember to lift the Margarita glasses the odd time with your left hand, you'll get a balanced bicep workout too!
