Just our opinion here, but how many of us are actually worthy of someone taking the time to do "anything" with a nude photo of us. The internet has millions, yes millions, of nude photos of far more attractive models and porn stars, making us far less than even slightly interesting.

Nude area/no cameras. C/O area/cameras allowed. Not really a big deal.

I really do not think it is about being "model worthy" for the internet, but rather for sensitive employment and/or family and friend situations. It is a small world and even smaller on the internet.

Jshell, it is really irrelevant if you're ok or not with being photographed. The bottom line is that the resort's own policy states that photography needs to be restricted to the rooms only. Since Hedonism has a public policy on the matter, it also gives the guests a certain assumption of privacy within the resort. My rights (or anyone else's rights) to privacy supersedes the rights that anyone has to break the rules.

I will say, I read on my iPad in the mornings by the time the sun is really out anyone that has a iPad knows you can't see on them too well. But yeah I'm one of those that carries my iPad with me and uses it, I'm on vacation and I'm doing what I like to do ...relax. do I take pictures? Hell no! I have three young adult kids at home that know more about computers than I ever will, anyone that sees me is more than welcome to ask to see it and look through my pics at any time, but in truth all this worry about your picture being taken... Now days all the boats that pass by are taking your picture , not good ones but they are, when the hotel is finished next door that beach will be right there and who knows what will happen

We have taken photos by the nude pool, always early morning when no one is around...maybe pool cleaning guy..also taken pictures for others who respect the same thinking of early quiet time photos. Also taken some group photos after dinner , but always respectful of others and done in an area where we wont get photo bombed....respect and a little common sense, which is not all that common anymore goes a long way.
After that, phones go to the room..
Last July someone wanted to take a mini group photo at night in the hot tub of some people, he was quickly reminded as a first timer that he needed to listen to the vets who told him the phone would end up in the hot tub along with him being tossed in the ocean.

What it really boils down to is RESPECT!! Some of us have it, and there will always be some of us who don't... And those are the ones who think they are above all and continue to use their cameras in areas not allowed.. That's the reason they sneak to take a picture...

I see an awful lot of responses stating the "resort rules" and security not doing enough..be Careful what you wish for..alot of what goes on and the reason many return time after time is "technically against" some policies and security has turned a partially blind eye for years...As was stated above use some common sense..I have been asked to take a couples picture and was happy to oblige ..how many over the years have taken a pic under the nude beach sign or out on the boat dock? If you see the creep trying to sneek around w/ a phone just confront them politely for starters and you won't have to twist to many arms to have a few gentlemen calmly handle the situation..anyone with a real camera that I have seen in the past was taking pics in the prude pool area and actually waited to get a clear frame of his subject and made every attempt to not catch us in it.

One of the best parts our trips to hedo is taking the damn phones and locking them up for the week. We will check them for texts and calls from family but that is all. Disconnecting from the phone and email addiction is such a nice break from real life. Also, I don't see why anyone would take pics for the perv or spank bank factor when you can google "boobs" and literally look at pics for years. The only reason I can see why they take them is because they want to go home and show their friends the crazy things they witnessed, which is ironic because we would rather be on the other end of the spectrum doing the crazy things and enjoying them.

We both post, but me (male) probably more, but we discuss almost all posts before, and after and neither of us make comments the other doesn't agree with. It just seems we take some issues a little less seriously than some do, but that doesn't mean we dismiss anyone's concerns. It's usually just us giving a different perspective that hopefully puts a lighter spin on the topic. We truly never mean to offend.

Couldn't agree more. I know I'm gonna sound like old crotchety guy here but this is never gonna change so we might as well just succumb.

I can see this only getting worse with resort wide free internet access. It is the one thing I am dreading about my upcoming trip is looking around the diningroom and everyplace else on c/o side and seeing everyone staring at their devices. It was one of the many great things about Hedo I loved was being totally aware of your surroundings and not distracted by devices. Put the devices down and look at the sexy people there around you instead!!

And store in your spank bank, NOT your devices memory!!!

Lots of talk about rules and the lack of enforcing them. as was said be careful what you wish for it just might come true. if all cameras are only aloud in the rooms how would everyone get their fix on the reno's going on around the resort. we have taken alot of pics around the resort (not on the nude side) and we would say that somewhere out there their are pics of us at the resort that we haven't taken but who know... it don't matter where you go... if you put a big group of ppl at a resort someone will sooner or later break a rule for something. we get what the meaning of this tread is but unless your going to go and confront the person in question right there and then its no good to talk about it.
