I would like to address the "roundness" issue for those who don't know and may also have wondered about it.The implants I have see that we had to chose from were round.The ones we settled on were Mentor Round Moderate Plus.I was hoping for the High Profile jobs but the surgeon said that because of the available space etc he would not be pleased with the results as they would not look right.So I figured to trust his judgement and we are pleased.It does a lot for a ladies self esteem to have the right "body image".We are all about self esteem at our house!

Well...the boobs are real...just upgraded cause at 64 years of age, Mother Nature and gravity destroy the look of a d cup woman...she is still a d cup but now enjoys the way all her cloths fit and that she doesn't have to wear a bra all the time. Believe it or not her upgrades are only 230/250cc, just enough to replace the material the doctor had to remove. I loved her boobies before she had to have them fixed and love them even more now. She feels sexy again and that's what it's all about.
