The beach volleyball is mid beach more towards the prude side.
But since they have made the prude clothing optional, you can play any way you like.
We often take over the prude pool for nude volleyball as the nude pool is too small for a net.
Tennis, go for it. No one will complain if you want to play in the buff.
As for the golfing, Ive never played there but I think this one is the closest:

Rule #1) Never argue with an idiot. They pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
Negril Hills has a nice layout - haven't played there for about 7 years. The maintenance of the fairways left a lot to be desired, but the greens were in good shape. I always thought it had the potential (i.e. needs lotsa money!) to be a pretty good course.
Montego Bay has some amazing courses. The best ones are on the eastern side: White Witch (my favourite, but DIFFICULT, requiring accurate shots), Cinnamon Hill (nice mix of challenging holes and ones for big boomers) and Half Moon (well maintained, flat, good for big boomers). These are about 1-1/2 hours from Hedo.
Tryall Beach Club is on the way to Negril and is about 40 minutes from Hedo. It is a very good course and used to host some international tournaments with big names (John Daly before his personal issues, Lefty, Freddie Couples etc.) If you are a golfer, it is probably worth the day (unless the sand gravity has got a death grip....)

That's awesome!!! Not often do I laugh out loud at something, but that did it!!!! And if you are serious, I want pictures!!!!! lol
Squash courts as well there. Volley ball game most afternoons with the EC's, play nude if you wish.
