Try http://hedokamasutra.com, or http://castawaystravel.com . Those are two that we have tried and have had good experiences with, but there are many others.
You might be better off booking with a group there are may groups going in January and they reserve blocks of rooms.

Hi there ....not sure where you are from....plenty of availabilities out of Toronto if you're from Ontario through travel agents
