How did you hear about Hedo???

I was just curious to hear stories on how everybody learned about Hedo? We were getting married and were trying to figure out where to go on a honeymoon. Well, we thought Alaskan guided hunting trip, Or a Montana guided hunting trip (we are both hunters and would really enjoy this) But, after checking the prices we started thinking about other options. A friend at work told me about this place in Jamaica that he saw at an agency in the mall. He couldn't remember the name but it was spelt with consonant vowel all the way thru. we went and looked for it, and although we are not nudists or swingers it intrigued us. We kept our options open looking at other resorts in Jamaica but none sounded near as fun as Hedo. We finally took the plunge and went for it. Nervous as hell. We arrived went right to our room took off our clothes and went right to the pool never looking back. one of the best decisions we have ever made!!!

:santa: We too were getting married. Found out how much just the reception would cost, plus looking at who to invite and who to not... well google search came up with just a few adult only, wedding free all inclusive resorts... So, we ended up at HIII after telling everyone, "Here is where we will be, join us if you want to" No one did, Romeo and Mystery stood with us in the gazibo and now every year we go back. Now to HII with the Hedo Amigos in about 7 hours we will be at the airport.:lucky:

The kids had all grown up grand kids being born!! Now it's our turn to get out and do something!!
Went on a cruise and one of the stops was Jamaica!! Deb said take me back!! So I did!!!
We went to Sandals Montego Bay our first trip.
When we got home we started looking for other places. We saw Hedo and went to Sandals Ocho Rios!! lol
We kept talking about Hedo and going to an Adult Only type of place!! So we put it on our Bucket list.
About a year or so later last minute we booked a week in August 2008!! All the way there Deb said I don't think I can do it!!
So we get to Hedo and they put us ocean front nude side!! That wasn't what we booked!!
Get in the room open the curtain's and "Hey Deb look!! Naked People outside our window!!!
So we put our suite's on and walk out to the beach!! Deb telling me the I can't do it!! So we grab a lounger by the tree's!!
Deb said are you?? I said fuck it dropped the trunks walked down to the Pool Bar got our drinks and walked back!!
When I got back I said well that was that!!! Deb adjusted about 5 minutes after that!!
Never looked back!!! Met the best friends you could have!!! This will be our 4th year in a row going in August!!

Last year our daughter got married at the Sandals next door!!
Now just imagine you are hanging out with all your Hedo friends down at the Lagoon and you here "MOM"!! "Oh Fuck" everyone goes underwater!!!
Well She didn't do it for that reason butt they did Kayak by and yelled Deb!!
Anyway that's my story!!

We had checked it out several times online. I was planning a special get away for our 20th anniversary. I had planned on going to Ceasers in the Pocono Mountains of PA, do a whole wedding package, honeymoon there, etc. When my sexy quiet wife said "why don't we check out Hedo?". She didnt need to twist my arm, lol. So she looked it up, checked out rooms, and did a price quote. I could not believe the price, I was like "is that with air fare? all inclusive? Everything included?" She said it was. I said just close the whole page out and start from scratch, when it came up the second time for the same price I just said "Book It". We went, renewed our wedding vowes (at H3), and had the most romantic week of our lives. Tried H2, had fun, like H3 better. Went back a few more times with various groups. Noticed that during our anniversary week there were no groups. Took all the parts we liked from the groups we had been with, left the parts we didnt like out and one night said "Were gonna start our own group". Friends we were with (who we met at Hedo) said they liked that idea and wanted to be involved. The four of us worked out the details, asked alot of questions, and in 15 days our groups 3rd year (1st at H2) will be upon us. Every year our group has grown slightly to a nice fun group. And the rest they say is history.....

Why did we decide to go to Hedo? Well…a combo of things. First, Rudy's dad had passed away without ever getting to enjoy some of the things he always said he was going to do (Alaska cruise for example). Then, we decided we would not wait. We went to Las Vegas for New Years in 2002-03. There were so many kids there…and we felt it really inappropriate for people to expose their children to some of the things that go on there. Heck…we wanted to get crazy and wild and drink and stuff and every time we turned around…little people were watching. ARGH!

We started talking about an adults only vacation. For Christmas of 2004, I gave Rudy a copy of Chris Santilli's book, The Naked Truth about Hedonism 2 (get and read it if you have not). He gave me a quote from DennyP, the travel agent who specializes in Hedo style vacations. WEIRD!!!! Karma even!

So...I found out about it at Amazon....Rudy by Internet Searches. Gotta love the Web!!!!

I knew of Hedo 10-12 years ago but did not pay it much attention as I did Fantasy Fest every year and that Hedo-like enough for me but in 2005 I was approached by a staff member at Hedo (one of the EC's) and he liked my outrageous costume and suggested I do Hedo once.

Well, 6 times later, I'm still doing Hedo (and wild costumes) and I formed a FantasyFesters Group trip every spring to allow those that missed the previous years' Fantasy Fest, or those that were going to miss the upcoming FF in October, to substitute Hedo for Key West and its all history after that......

A good friend went to Jamaica on her honeymoon. to sandals next door. and I was planning a trip for my 30th bday and 10th wedding anive. original thought was vegas. she said what if we went to jamaica ? Iwas intrigued and then she said " there was this place right next door to sandals i dont knwo what it was but you coud hear the party every night thats where we need to go " booked our trip and never looked back. in 25 days I can tell you rather it was the right decision. But I am betting it will be :)

Was researching a trip for my Dad's 60th birthday and came across Hedonism.
I checked it out BRIEFLY, out of my own curiousity.
Oh, I'd NEVER go there! Laughing it up with my (now ex) husband....

Fast forward about 18 months... separated for a year, I decide it's time for a vacation on my own.
But I didn't want to be there feeling like a sore thumb, or having kids everywhere.
I mentioned it and my friend suggested Hedo -- where he had gone after his divorce!
I checked it out, booked a few nights (reassured that I could switch to a "normal" resort if needed!)
and started assembling my outfits!
I got there and looked out my window over the Quad Pool: "My god, they ARE naked!" lol
I put on my bathing suit, looked out the window again, and then took it off. :)
Met GREAT people, had a fabulous time, and can't wait to be back in just 54 (ish) days!!!

haha, unfortunatley I am cursed with a photographic memory, remember something of a Superclubs/Jamaica commercial or something from the mid 80's.

I had no idea what it was, just that my (deceased) sister had gone in the very early 90s. If my sister went, it had to be good. Her husband had the Mona Lisa hedo shirt, but I never noticed the nipple.
fast forward to our first real vacation since our honeymoon that could last more than 3-4 days. Our last 3-4 day vacay was at Ceasar's, btw. it was a blast. Just short.
**For our honeymoon, I wanted to go to Jamaica, I had found a now defunct resort that I thought was just gorgeous, we ended up in Gatlinburg, TN.

So here I am searching high and low after he nixed Hawaii, it was too far. So after looking through the ENTIRE north east, candadian border areas and south to WV, I found the most perfect rental for us. -perfect- Including a private deck with a gazebo on deep creek comlete with a gas grill. (I love to grill)
I should him the lovely place and he said "for that price, why don't you look into Jamaica?" I was so furious. "FINE, LETS JUST GO TO HEDONISM!"
"what's that?"
"A resort in Jamaica"
"Oh, well, let me look into it." a while later "sure, if I'm going to have fun in jamaica, it'd be there"
Me..wetting my panties. HOLY.SHIT.NAKED.IN.FRONT.OF.HUNDREDS.OF.STRANGERS. HOLYSHIT.
But I couldn't back down, couldn't eat my words. white knuckles on the plane down.. shitfuckdamnshitfuckdamn. Had a blast.
A few disappointments here and there but mainly had a blast. It'll be a miracle if I can get him to travel anywhere else except Hedo!

These have to be some of the best stories that I've ever read!!! Going to Jamaica is on my bucket list, so we are going in May.....going to do the tourist thing, but next year Hedo is on my list!!!!

Magjoy, that was so funny. Glad you went and ended up sharing your views (of all kinds) and experiences with us. I can't remember how I first learned, but it was years ago and probably after doing a Superclubs search. I remember my wife saying that if we ever had time to go that she would try it. Well, it took several years before we got there, but we're glad we did. Been spreading the word ever since.
