Until Chris gets this feature working, this may be an alternative.
"BayFiles.com" is a file sharing site. Simply upload you pix there, they provide a link, you copy and past the link here. File is viewable by anyone with the link. As well, the size is not limited as it is here on ATF.

Note that you do not need to create (Free), an account to use this service (just click on "Upload" on the first screen), BUT, with an account you get 100GB free storage and the ability to delete your file. Full disclosure: My only connection with this site is this, and two other pixs I've posted.

Interesting.
I tested that image on that site, on : WIN XP with Firefox and IE8. Win7 with Firefox, IE, and Chrome. Win10 with Firefox and Edge. Used 3 separate computers, and on my Android Tablet (with Firefox). In all cases no problems and no warnings.
Perhaps a false positive or a blacklisted site on your computer?? It is a "File Sharing" site after all, and may be blacklisted? I normally do get notices when a site is not secure, but not on this site. Note the link is secured with the "httpS".

Looks like my add blocker was filtering it out, got in to it and signed up. Worked like a charm
