Yup, your image showed fine here Sexy lady. I did note that it was under the 100kb limit, which is perhaps the greatest problem posters have (being over 100Kb).
If you have a Picasa or any other photo editor, you can reduce the size. Yes, bigger sizes take a lot more space and bandwidth and therefore cost more money.

I use a Win 7 version and it works great. It's embedded directly in the right mouse click menu.

Glad it works for you. Sometimes it lets me, sometimes not - no matter how small the picture is. Of course, my pictures aren't as good!
