We didnt even get off the at all the ports the last time we were on Freedom....While at sea the lines for the Wave Machine were very long and when in port there were no lines.

Just reserved at the Airport Marriott Hotel
Not sure if they have offically openrd reservations for the group on the cruise however Orlando Airport Marriott rooms are now available at a standard rate of $109 per night. I booked with the Gov't rate at $97. (I also booked the Radisson Hotel at $97 (Gov't rate) since I haven't yet decided which hotel I want to stay at.Last year we had a lot of fun at the Radisson however this year our direct flight from Ottawa only arrives in Orlando around 8PM so may want to just stay in Orlando...decisions..decisions. Hubby likes to be near the port so he can sleep in longer Sunday mornong :-o I prefer to stay on Orlando since we arrive late...we'll see what we decide :)
Thanks for posting that, Ariescouple. To be sure we don't miss out, we've just followed your lead and made our reservation there as well.
We've been watching this forum on an almost daily basis for the official announcement - which must still be forthcoming - so it's a relief to get that taken care of and make sure we have a room when we arrive and won't miss the pre-cruise party/parties!!
See you there...!
T&L.
Hi again everyone! We've been a bit quiet on the forum since the last cruise, only because it's an excruciating wait for the next one! We're back on deck SEX (six) overlooking the promenade, 6313. We've also booked Celebrity for May 2014, finally, a cruise only one stop from Australia. If I can throw my 2 cents in, the Airport Marriott was the place to be last year and we'll definitely be arriving on the Friday night before the cruise. Just curious, were there any 'post cruise' parties last year?
A bit of FYI for any newbies or anyone else that's interested here's a great TV show. We might be a bit slow on the uptake down under, but we recently found out about this show Playboy TV Swing. We met a few of the regulars from this show on the last Freedom cruise and you might even see some people you know. ;)
Looking forward to seeing everyone again. If you don't already have one, here's a countdown until embarkation. Freedom of the Seas Cruise Countdown
E&A

Just realized the AAA/CAA rate for the Orlando Marriott is cheaper than the gov't rate - $93 per night so changed to the CAA rate :)- every few dollars count !
In case you haven't heard yet, the November 2014 cruise has just been announced. The best rooms on the ship are still available but won't be for long. We just booked!
Here's the link with info.
I noticed the Nov 2014 popping up on all the websites however a bit disappointed that it is going to 2 of the same ports as the Nov 2013 cruise. I try to justify why I keep going on cruises at the same time every year & going to different ports makes sense ( this year it's Western Caribbean last year it was Eastern). At least it's a different ship in Nov 2014 . So hard to always have to plan so far ahead of time. I booked a promenade room for Nov 2013, had a balcony in 2012 & not sure if I were to book for Nov 2014 which room I prefer since I will not know till after the Nov cruise...decisions, decisions.... :-o
We're looking at booking as well... but we're thinking we'll wait until after the Freedom cruise... this is our first lifestyle cruise and we don't know what we don't know yet... so we're thinking that we'll have a better idea of what we want to do when we get back. I do wish they were going somewhere other than Haiti and Cozumel on this trip though. Panama? Belize? Cayman? /sigh
BTW: I almost bought a dive resort in Roatan about ten years ago. It's a nice place IMO. I especially enjoy the west end for those who are familiar with it... it's (was?) a great place to eat, drink and hang with free-spirited travelers. Roatan is a beautiful island and great reef and wall diving to be had for those who are inclined to log bottom time out of bed. ~grin~ It has a ton of beautiful tropical forest and fauna to explore and if you get up on the ridge lines, the views are spectacular.
Okay so I gave in & booked a balcony on Deck 10- 1588 :) . Was on the 9th Deck (balcony) last year & booked the 7th deck Promenade room this year so figured would try the 10th ( heck we like a bit of variety in the lifestyle don't we :-o)
Yes... it does go to the Independence page, but if you read the description of the trip, it mentions that it goes to Jamaica (instead of Roatan) and lists the ship as the Freedom of the Seas (instead of the Independence).
Quote:
The itinerary of Labadee, Jamaica and Cozumel is one of the best group of ports with some of the best custom excursions you will ever find. From spectacular clothing optional diving, snorkeling and beach parties, to a private island where we will have the entire island (Labadee) to ourselves, there are many exotic and erotic adventures for you.
Of course, our favorite time is on board the ship. the Freedom of the Seas has so many different venues and places to party, you will have lots of choices when it comes to music and activities. Every night is a theme night, so count on being sexy and meeting other sexy couples from all around the world on this historic Party at Sea.
Here is what I seee when I click on the link ( unless it was changed recently- had not noticed before)
November 15 - 22, 2014
Itinerary: 8 Days and 7 Nights Leaving from the Port of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Independence 2014 with stops in Labadee, Roatan (Honduras) and Cozumel before returning to Port of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Keep reading down the page... the heading you quoted is correct. The next paragraph after that is also correct. The second and third paragraphs are the ones I quoted and are (still) incorrect.
Anyway... it's no big deal... I just wasn't sure if someone in this forum had the ability to fix them or not. I'm guessing not. ~smile~
Just reserved a room. First cruise, first lifestyle event. Looking forward to it :)
So excited to be going on our first cruise... Even more excited that is a lifestyle cruise .Booked the trip as a way to celebrate my (Mrs.) 35th birthday with a bang :) We are booked on a deck 10 balcony . C,mon November !!
Hi Pashan,
Welcome to the forum! Was just curious how you got a 10th deck balcony for the Nov 2013 cruise ( these have been sold out for some time) The Nov 2014 has some 10th deck balcony rooms available ( just booked mine :))Just checking in case you may have booked the Nov 2014 cruise instead of the Nov 2013. If you did get a blacony on the 10th deck for Nov 2013- great!
Correction- I was wrong- a few travel sites have a couple of 10th deck balcony's available- just none on the Couple Cruise site!
Hey Stratty Couple,
We know exactly how you feel and trust me, everyone here is as excited as you for the cruise to come around. You won't be disappointed.

Ok once again we are torn and may change our plans to go on this cruise last year was a blast ........
Booked and ready for 2013. Last year freedom of the seas was first lifestyle event.
We did the same last year the Mrs. 48th. We are on deck 10 just like last year.
We just changed rooms. We're now in 6589. The bottom floor, center, of The Promenade. Yay!

I can see that the 70s theme night party is on the Promenade deck.. Are the other theme partys in one of the clubs?
We'll be there too — and we LOVE your video podcasts. Really looking forward to meeting in person.
Hi! We're a young professional couple who are experimenting with new things which turn us on. So far, even the thought of having sex in a room full of others is an INCREDIBLE turnon. He's dominant and she loves being dominated.
Can't wait to watch, be watched, and maybe explore some touching with another also-exploring couple.
He (Scott): Tall, fit, doesn't drink, cute smile, easy to laugh and make others laugh. No tattoos, piercings, glasses, or facial hair. Always keeps downstairs shaved smooth. :) Has played in a playroom before with lots of couples and loved it. "Heteroflexible."
She (Lisa): Breathtakingly adorable curvy blonde girl, super-smart and the most optimistic person you will ever meet. Chatty, incredibly responsive breasts, verbal and loud in bed! :-) Paralyzed from waist down but full sensation where it counts. Incredible oral skills with no apparent gag reflex. Secretly loves being spanked, fucked roughly, and ordered around in bed. "Heteroflexible."
We are open to lots of ideas — we're "try-sexual"... we'll try anything once! To begin, we're open to having a couple or couples watch as we go at it, and we're also very interested in being in the same room with another couple who's fucking. We probably will have a hard time keeping our hands off each other. Not opposed to cross-couple touching if the couple is right.
We went to Desire Los Cabos in December 2012 and we are going on the lifestyle cruise in November 2013 (Caribbean).
Welcome Scott & Lisa,
Thanks for the compliment!
You'll have the best trip of your life. This ship is amazing and the people are even better.
We were offered 4 payments May, June, July 7 Aug 2013 on the freedom by www.lifestyletrips.net is this a good payment plan? They said cabins start at just $775/person plus fees & Tax.
Hi. We're right next door in 6611. Looking forward to the party.
This is who we use for the Shuttle to and from Orlando. They pick up at the Orlando Airport Marriott, surrounding hotels, and the airport. If many of us from the the surrounding hotels (Marriott, Sheraton, Ramada, Staybridge) book at the same time, they won't need to make the stop at the airport since they can only fit 10 people in each van. We are booking our pickup at 9:30am. It is much easier, faster and cheaper ($40 per person Roundtrip + tip) than the buses.

Awesome - that's one of the things we still needed to do, had just been waiting to see if there was going to be a group that we could join on the same shuttle ride!! See you then!
Yipee,,,Our room is booked and we are soooo excited!!!!!!!
We'll be back on the group shuttles from the Marriott. We had a great ride last year and we're looking forward to socializing again on the ride this year.
We also received our RCCL booking number yesterday, so I went immediately and booked the Playa Mia excursion in Cozumel... I think it's going to be a fantastic day! :)
Hi to all of our old friends and welcome to all the newcomers!! :)
Hi All,
It's getting closer. YAY !!!
A few more questions.
What is the link to the pre cruise accommodation? I have looked up the Orlando Airport Marriot and it is saying that it is all booked out. We arrive late afternoon the night before the cruise from Mexico.
I see that there are many theme nights and I don't think my luggage allowance will be that big, being that the cruise is in the middle of our trip we will be down to a suitcase each.... GAAHHHH
I haven't received my booking number for RCCL, so will have to chase them up.
We have stuck with the inside cabin so that way we can test out the perks given previously.
A friend of ours is thinking of coming along (single female), I have told her she can come along with us but she is taking forever to make her final decision so may be too late to change rooms to accommodate her.
