he never removes it, except when he had to get an mri. it is a ring so rounded edges do not interfere with a condom and have never had one break. you arent the first to have questions about it lol, and im sure not the last. ~kitten

As kitten said, no I never take the ring off. I have never had a problem with a condom going on or breaking. Though I believe kitten gets the best effect with no condom, can feel the ring, but have been told that it can be felt even with a condom.
