My wife and I intend to be there for 10 days from 27th April - 7th May, this will be our first time and already I cannot wait.

Have booked a Garden View room on the prude side but will definately be spending all our time on the other side.

Is this a busy time to be there and is it a good time for weather??

We've found April to be a good time in terms of the crowd. It's not packed, but there are more than enough people for a good party. The perfect balance between fun times and short lines for drinks and food. The weather has been good. The temperature in Jamaica only varies by about 5 degrees year round so it will be in the low to mid 80's. Rain can happen at pretty much any time because it's the tropics, but it usually doesn't last long.
