Been to Hedo numerous times and quite good in the kitchen so here is my Jerk question. I know of all of the Jerk marinades like Spur Tree, Walkerswood and the others BUT what I am looking for is the Jerk Sauce that is put on after it has been grilled - the reddish, thinner tasty sauce. Can anyone tell me what to buy or how to make it???
