Hedo III is closing for good (BAD)

I just got off the phone with H III.

H3 closing mid August 22nd - 14 October

When it reopens it will be called Superclubs Superfun Resort
16 and older but family oriented
Still have a nude side but extreamly toned down

Of all the rumors that we have heard over my years of going to H3, this is hard to believe, and I wouldnt believe it myself if I hadnt heard it from H3 directly.
I was just there last week and spoke to all the higher ups and nothing was mentioned.

I guess they wanted to keep it quiet as long as they could.

So much for that idea.
This sucks.
I guess this is the only way they would have gotten me to H2.

I've had this confirmed elsewhere, as well (non-message board related).

FYI - if you call superclubs and not the front desk at H3, they'll tell you that "they're not certain if it will be re-branded" but that it's closing Aug 22 - Oct 14th. They say something "is in the works" but they don't "know as of yet"...

Good to know now....our rock will be coming home with us in June and then we will find a nice place for it over at H2 for our next trip.....

We're only taking carry-ons this trip, so I don't think they'll let us carry a huge rock on the plane

we are only doing carry ons as well - but the rock is coming home with us (one way or another) until we are able to find a new home for it at H2

Wait..... we were planning on doing a day trip to H2 this time anyway to see if we might like to go there next time - we will just move our rock over there when we visit H2

Just got off the phone with superclubs and we were going to rebook for New Years and she told us to hold off that they would be closing for renovations and if we wanted to go we should try H2. We just came back Saturday and nothing was mentioned then. Now we are being told they are reopening in October but they where evesaive about how it would be when they reopened!
