We are taken the 6:00 am flight and wanted to know if anyone has taken that recently. Were the Duty Free stores open before the flight ? Thanks for the help.

We've taken that flight in the past, and as far as I recall, most shops were NOT open yet.

What do you need duty free for on the way down, out of curiosity?

We're on AirJam 44 on a Friday, and it's listed as 7:25 AM on my confirmation...

We buy cigarettes at the duty free, check your time Jester they changed that flight time on 4-12 to 6:00, we took the same flight last year when it left at 7:25 and all the shops were open just didn't know if they change there times when airlines change there departures.

I called them up (all the Duty Free stores in PHL are run by the same management). He said, "We always have at least the small store open for the first flights, so around 5:30" and that the larger store opens at around 6.

I asked if they had cigarettes in the smaller store, and he said yes.

Yes that flight has changed to 6am. We never received a call or email, just happened to read on a message board that the airjamaica out of Philly changed to 6am.
