At hedo, there's a number of great drinks:

Dirty Banana
Hummingbird
Woo-Woo (drink or shot)
Purple Motherfucker (shot)

The list is just so long....

Oh, and let me add: if you're a rum drinker, you can ask for "rum and coke" which will get you Appleton Special and Pepsi. But there's a better grade of Appleton, called Appleton V/X. If you ask for a VX and Coke, that's what you'll (usually) get. So definitely ask for the VX by name.

If you intend on getting drunk faster.... Flaming Bob Marley's are a fun way to go. Couple of those and the wife is dancing on the bar!

What type of drinks are available? Is it only well drinks or is your average stocked bar with a range of alcohols and mixers? Do they protion out the drinks?

They'll have well and some higher shelf, and of course, all your common mixers. From what others have told me, most of the tequila is bad. They don't have Jagermeister. They do have Absolut or better, but it will depend on the bar. Some have Crown Royal, some don't.

As for portioning it out, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. If you walk up with a 60oz cup and ask for a rum and coke, you'll get a 60oz rum and coke...

We just got back Saturday and they had Crown for 2 days at 1 bar and Jack 1 day at 1 bar. The rest of the week we drank Absolute or Stoli Vodka.

OMG. The Drinks sound FANTASTIC. Are you sure the name of the resort is not HEAVEN in stead of Hedonism. Not a big drinker but I dont drink beer. It gives me the worst hangovers. I sometimes come home and have a Jack and Cherry soda. But I do love the mixed drinks. I actually prefer a other recreational activities but have not done it since I had kids some 14 years ago.

She has been know to do body shots from time to time. A little cream rum on the right spot works for me.
