    Help on finding a roommate?

I am new to this board so if this in the wrong spot, sorry.

I am going to Hedo II in June and can afford to go either four nights alone or six if I can get another person to come along. Is there somewhere to find a person to hook up with in terms of paying for the room?

I did read about a single share program on another website but the Hedo's website did not have anything like that.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Ask your travel agent to book you as a " single share" that means you will pay less, but you might have a roommate, usually the same age range and always same sex. I have booked many times as a single share but never have had a roomate yet. And right now if you book you pay for 4 nights and get one free.

what bob said, you can also look on DennyP's visitor schedule and see if anyone is going solo as well.

DennyP is also a really good travel agent to book through if it's your 1st time going.

I looked at the calendar, we'll be there at the same time.. yay! It's your birthday!

I'd opt for single share. It's the same price for sharing a room as for booking a double and it can have its benefits....

    1. You could meet a life long friend!
    2. You could have a room all to yourself for all or part of the week (it happened to me b4).

And, if you and your roommate don't get along, you can ask the front desk to move you to another room.

    No worries!

It is! Went to Alaska last year so total opposite makes perfect sense.

There are still situations where you can get a better deal by using an agent - if you use the right ones. Yet another way that Hedo is "special"
