Yes Paul..... congrads. Now you just have to figure out how to keep it off. It took me 2 years to loose 45 lbs and been at 170 for 3 years now. It is just a live style change with me. There are no rules on vacations and thats why I like to take vacations. Kitten n Angel at Hedo3 was the best. .....Dick

Was slowly getting back to pre hedo lifestyle, back in training starting today, have a big charity bike ride that younger brother and younger cops that work for me always want to make a race out of, and I always beat them, lol. With the weight loss and training I do, gonna destroy them this year

I have my Police bike, my mountain bike I ride off road rides on, my Trek Hybrid I ride back and forth to work, and a Trek Madone pure road bike that weighs less than my fat cat, lol, for the long charity rides.

Why yes it is. I try to ride to work, which is 15 miles round trip and then do at least 10 miles on the police bike at work. So I get a min of 25 miles a day.
