If the schedule is the same this time as last I will be in the gym 9am and 5pm for class each day. Water aerobics is at the nude pool daily at 11am.
I will do my best to motivate, but sand gravityalways seems to win out.

Last time we went I planned on working out, never made it!! Imagine that.
