I am not happy with this site, I have tried for several days to place an order ( a big one at that) and when i get to the last step it will not let me finalize my order. I have called the numbers listed on the web site, and yes left messages, no one will return my calls. I am not a happy camper.
Did you call them between 9am - 6pm pacific time? We placed an order with them last week and spoke a live person. We've spoken to them a few times when we had questions about our order. We should get our order tommorrow.
yeah i've called several times and can't seem to get a live person just voicemail..awww, darn i'm still trying to get my order b4 our trip on the 29th!!!! lol
You have time if you are shooting for the 29th. We have placed several orders over the years and always had good experience with them. Stick with it. If you can't get through first thing tomorrow, shoot them an e-mail and tell them to call you. They should take care of you once you connect. Good luck.

update yall, I finally got a call from them today, and my order finally went through late last night.. the girl I spoke with was very friendly, a few things I had ordered was on back order and probably wouldn't be in before our trip, so we were able to make a few changes and I should get my order within 3 to 5 days..
another thing i was using google chrome, once I switched to firefox the last page finally come up to verify my order
Now the other half has to figure out how to get.

We've only ordered from them one time. Got the red ladder dress that is open all down the front and back. It arrived quickly and was better quality than we were expecting.
We're happy campers and will be ordering again.
