ANd if they have stopped breakfast service, come on down to the nude beach and the grill will be starting up about then...

The only days we have had breakfast at Hedo have been the days we were leaving when we were forced to get up at some ungodly hour before 11:00am. Our usual breakfast is grilled cheese sandwiches from the nude grill washed down with screwdrivers. And that was just to hold us over until they started making the jerk chicken!

With the time difference from england and jamaica no doubt I shall be the only one up with the birds, when in the caribbean I usually find I wake around 5am, I just get on with it and have an afternoon nap so I can enjoy the evenings.
Note to all, if you find me snoring on my sunbed do please kick me hahaha

Slightly off topic (I apologize.) I too have that internal clock that says "It's daylight, you should get up!" The early morning at HII is a wonderful time to shoot some photos and enjoy the quiet sights and sounds of Negril. Fill your Bubba Mug with coffee and take a stoll. If you carefully wade around the little rock point just off the nude grill, you'll see hundreds of little tropical fishes in the rocks. Watch your step, as sea urchins can tumble up onto the sand and totally ruin your foot if you step on one.
I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was.

Does a "Bloody Mary" count as breakfast? If so, breakfast is served all day!
