    Another shoe crisis...!!!

I'm leaving for my first trip to Hedo (and Jamaica!) in one week and think I will have more shoes than anything else in my luggage--thank heavens for Westjet that allows two 50-lb bags! Anyways...question...don't laugh...but here in Canada we have a fashion law that states no white shoes until after labour day--does that apply in Jamaica or do folks wear white all year round?

Yeah...I know I'm gonna hear all your wisecracks now...let me have 'em...just be sure to answer the question! lol.

I have always been told white shoes are to be worn between Easter and Labor day! Maybe its a Martime thing! I am buying a pair of white shoes to take because on the second part of our trip we have a black and white ball to attend.

    Hello fellow Canadians
Here's the first and only rule of Hedo:
Do as you wish. Nobody cares!! As long as you're happy, everybody will be.
(Plus a lot of slut wear comes in white )

Wishing you both an amazing trip,

    Val

As a fellow Canadian, I have grown up hearing the "don't wear white after Labour Day" too, but don't usually follow it anyway. But in Jamaica it is always summer, so take as many white shoes as you want!!!

Yes, white is always in at Hedo ... even shoes.

BTW, has no one ever heard of winter white? It's often seen in the Midwest.

The white go go boots are STAYING in my luggage! I don't care what time of year it is.

    Hey Doyle!!!!!

We're going to Hedo 3 this year. I promised my son I'd take him to Jamaica when he graduated high school and he and his girlfriend will be staying at Breezes just down the road. I couldn't make it work for Hedo 2. Sorry we're going to miss you this year. I'm sure we'll see you next year! Kisses!!!!
