Hi! Mike and I are going to be enjoying Hedo II April 12-15. My honey definitely wants a massage. I read somewhere that there are ladies down the beach who do aloe massages for lesser costs. Anyone know about this or should we stick with the Hedo spa?

Massages on the beach at Hedo II are done in a small hut at the nude beach.
They are actually part of the Health Spa. You need to make a reservation for massage for either location. We had massages done at the same time last summer in the hut. Very nice and relaxing.

Think you may be referring to the ones on the beach that are off Hedo property but the water sports guys will give you a boat ride around to the Office of Nature...never been over there for a massage but know others that have. Seems like those aloe massages are around $40 but couldn't swear to it. We always get the couples massage in the massage hut at H2--we hit the resort, get naked and don't want to put clothes on to leave...LOL

My wife and I both had the sports massage from Jennifer at the spa. We both like our massage rough and told her so....be careful if you do the same because we loved it but she will work you over. Great sports massage leave you feeling like a noodle the rest of the day. (treat with more rum and jerk chicken at the nude pool)

The ladies who do the massages at Hedo II are professional, have strong hands and are just damn nice.

Be sure to book a couples massage, try to schedule it for the "rainy part of the day" if it's that time of year.

When we were there in October the rain used to hit after lunchtime After 2 p.m. or so it cleared completely. It did not rain every day, but when it did rain it tended to come around mid day.

Here is a link to a website with Jamaican weather info. click on the month you are interested in on the left hand side of the screen to get detailed information about "your month". That said, the Hedo staff are pretty on top of things and are pretty in tune to the Negril weather patterns, which may vary from what is on the website.
