Now that our trip is over I can say that I have lost 90lbs from last year to this year. Low carb, High protien, and alot of hard work.

I bet that meant a new uniform for you. I had to trade in my 36" jeans for some 32s. I needed new ones anyway.... Dick

You all should be very proud. I am not sure if any of you are over 40 but my doctor told me that major weight loss for people over 40 is extremely rare. I lost 50 lbs this year and went from a 42” waist to a 34” I also quit smoking. Both made a huge difference in how I feel and my overall health. Not only did I have to buy new clothes but I had to have my wedding resized twice and my watch resized.

Yep I will be 44 in a few weeks!
I have gone from size 26 to a size 8!!

I didn't reach the ultimate goal, but my doctor did say that i'm 100% healthier from the effort.

The last week before the trip we both plateaued, and we actually came back the same weight as when we left (lord only knows how that happened)

We both are keeping it up and I'm at about 230, down 5 more and shooting for 200 by next time we go.

Congrats on the weight loss too, and I only hope to keep it going.

Oddly enough, today I went from 38'' to 36'' pants. It's really a great feeling, and Jen is into a 4 from a 6 or 8 when we started.

Hedo, if nothing else, is great motivation.

We started p90x three weeks ago. I see a big difference in my husband already! He doesnt but I think that because the guys on the video are well ripped. I know however something has changed because I can get my legs around him and that is good enough for me!!!!!!!!!!!

P90 is a great program! Insanity is another one by the same group if you like variety. Last few weeks, I have been in my 2nd month of p90x doubles. Keep up the good work!
