ride to HedoII

We had a later flight and if we rode the bus would not have gotten checked in till 7pm so we opted to take a plane ride to Hedo from the airport. The bus I was told would be 2 hours give or take. and we would have to wait for it, the plane left right away and took 15 min. and was a great view of everything! The rate was $107 per person, but they had group rates as well.

hmmmm...we are going in July, had not given TimAir a thought, may be an option...any idea what the group rate was? There are 4 of us traveling together..

IMHO the bus ride to Hedo is just part of the experience. Damn I would love to be on the bus to Hedo right now

Agree a good experience for first timers..

We have made that ride twice to Hedo 2 and 9 times to Hedo 3, have had the experience..last year we took a cab to Hedo 3. Nice stopping when we wanted and not stopping at all the other resorts..

We've done both Tim Air and the bus. It's nice getting there quickly on the plane, but for the money it costs you could spend another night at Hedo. So here's the math - 3 hours on the bus (round trip) = 24 hours at Hedo. Pretty good trade off if you ask me. We're going on 4/10 and we'll be on the bus, turning a 7 night trip into an 8 night trip.

Hmm been to Hedo II twice and the only "other resort" we stopped at was Breezes Negril/A.K.A Grand Lido across the street from Hedo and that took three or four minutes tops.

The second time we went down the Breezes people were all "Dead Heads" for the Grateful Dead concert/festival at Breezes, so there was an obligatory "Herbal Replenishment stop" after a quick cell phone call, but that stop took less than 10 seconds since the distribution of herbs happened on-bus (very efficient!).

What other resorts do they stop at sometimes?

we enjoy the bus ride. We always bring gifts for children and the beer stop seems to be a good place to see some local children outside playing. Not to mention the joy of playing with the grand lido folk on the bus! Its all fun and games till you run into hedo folk! LMAO!!
