Calling cards

My cell phone will not work down there, it will only work in Canada. What is the best way to call home to check on the kids? When I was in DR they sold cheap calling cards (10 mins for $4.00) and they sold them right on the resort. Do they have those at Hedo III or should I bring my own? Thanks

Hi Guys,

We usually just put down $100 deposit on the room phone, we use cash, no credit card, and then direct dial from the room. We have done this on every trip and we always end up getting cash back on departure..
