Mexican version of hedo?

We are first timers to hedo this year, and my other half is doubting our ability to afford hedo along with a trip back home to New Zealand this year.

So I was wondering what are the options for a "hedo like" resort in mexico, mainly because the airfare would be substantially cheaper for us, even though we have got a smashing deal for hedo 3, may 5 - 11.

Obviously we want the nude beach and the nightlife, but can we have both?!

Take a look at Desire, just south of Cancun in Puerto Morelos. Desire has the only nude beach in Cancun. The also have a pool where clothing is optional. On our trip there in October, 99% of those at the pool were nude. There is also a rooftop nude hot tub that is open from mid afternoon until the wee hours of the morning. It may not be as wild as Hedo's but they also offer beds on the roof so people can play in the hot tub as well as on the beds.

They have theme nights every night as well as nightly entertainment. the party continues in the disco where they also have a playroom off to the side.

Yeah I just got a quote for 6 nights there in the garden view room, $3010!!! Ontop of flights it's $2000 more than hedo.

I think Desire is a bit more upscale than Hedo. For the price point, Hedo is a great choice. Your only decision should be Hedo II or Hedo III...

Let me think about this... Trip to Hedo, or a trip to Home? I would take the trip to Hedo. Then, worry about the trip home. If you are taking a trip home, there must be people or family there that want to see you! Just tell them that you had some budgeting problems and need some help financially to get home!!! It's a win-win if you ask me!!!

Good luck, and you wont find a resort that I know of that compares to Hedo!!!

can't go wrong at h3, and the prices including airfare have been consistently cheaper, which surprised me when i researched it

If you havent been to H2 yet, you could always try Temptations Resort in Cancun. Price isnt too bad, cheaper then Hedo, but not hedo. There is topless, some games get ppl naked, some good theme nights. Good place for hedo wannabe's to start. Resort is probably half and half as far as lookers and doers. If you have already been to hedo, then I wouldnt suggest Temptations, you could be disappointed
