Lifestyle month

Hi, we went to Hedo III last February and had a great time. But, we thought it would be fun to try II during lifestyle month this year. We'll be there the last week of January. Any thoughts, from those of you who've been in January, on how that time differs from other times of the year.

"lifestyle month" ... as in THE LIFESTYLE?!?! I never knew they had a month specifically for "lifestylers". How cool!! Sure beats the guessing game with all those folks ya meet at Hedo. Let us know what you find out...we'd be VERY interested in going during a time like that, not that we don't have a blast every time we go as it is.

You'll find almost any week at Hedo there are "lifestyle" couples in attendance, however, the number will vary week to week...Typically January is billed as "lifestyle" month at the resorts and at H2 especially...but it tends to sell out and overflow heads to H3. Bear in mind that even though it is January...not everyone in attendance is "lifestyle" so if someone says no, please respect that...but odds are there are the numbers of "yes" may be higher...

we were there the last part of Jan last year.....the 2nd and 3rd weeks are wild...the last week starts to tame down (slightly) but is still very active......shouldnt say tame...its not but you have a better chance of finding a chair or room in the hot tub/pool.

I suspect June 19 -26 there would be a lot of lifestyle couples at H111. It is the Quad Squad takeover week. Some of the groups that make up the QS are lifestyle clubs.

This will be our 4th trip to H2 during January. We have been there for part of week 2, week 3 and part of week 4.

The resort is packed for both week 2 and week 3. It was still pretty busy for the first part of week 4. The resort has become clothing optional (even in the prude area..not in the eating area) during the second and third week, but they change back to nude/prude areas at the beging of the 4th week. The resort did not seem as "wild" during the 4th week as well.

There seems to be a higher % of people in the lifestyle at hedo during January (compared to other times we have been to a hedo), but as an earlier poster mentioned not everybody there is in the lifestyle. We have made some friends with others who just like the wild party and the increased sexuality (as well as fun PDA's) that can occur during a lifestyle week.

We saw plenty of people nude on the prude side last year on week 4...plenty of PDA's and fun....the nice part is you didnt have to wait as long for a chair or a drink.

its packed 2nd and 3rd weeks....lightens up the 4th but was still pretty wild

It's been a while but we were at H2 during January of 2004...I believe it was the fourth week and I recall people saying it was slower than preceeding weeks but it was still high capacity and a lot of fun.

I've never noticed a difference in the number of lifestylers (which I presume everyone really means people who swap as soft swingers are still lifestylers) from trip to trip but we've always wound up going during high census weeks.

What I did notice was there seemed to be a larger age range. Not just a few older people or a few of the younger crowd but plenty from all age groups pretty well spread out.

The other thing that stood out the most was that there were so many different people there with different interests...larger numbers of bd/sm, more heavily pierced, more tattoos, and interestingly, quite a few more people with various physical challenges.
