we have never tried or even imagined this. however, from looking at plenty of movies and websites, a good position would be for the girl to ride one guy reverse and have the other guy in front of her. have fun with it.

One thing that we have tried is to have her in in the doggie and insert the artificial husband helper and then I join in from behind. It will give you guys an idea if this is your thing or not.

I think the placement is more of a MFM sandwich. You could do it standing or lying down, but the F has to be in the middle.
