    Is January too cold?

Ok. We've been to Jamaica 4 times now, usually stay in Ocho and have made a night pass trip to HedoIII. We loved it and are just booking now for this year.
My wife planned to go in March to the WW trip and now recently decided we'd like to go in January over our aniversary (Jan 15th-22nd) on the earlier WW trip.
All that sounds great but I'm a bit concerned that late Jan will be cool enough to keep people from the usual action(nude pool). When we were there it was evening and a tad cool for too much hanging out naked and the nude pool seemed definitely cool for my liking.
Knowing that we're from the upper Midwest and anything above 40 degrees f is shorts weather I don't think it'd be a problem for us, just hate to have us nude and everyone else wearing snowmobile suits(for those who know what that is..lol).
Looking for your thoughts before we finalize booking, seems like January and March are the only dates that work for us.
Thanks in advance for any input.
    Cory

Best time of year in my opinion. Humidity is low (relatively) and temperatures are comfortable.

Thanks for the input, I'll tell her to go ahead and book it Jan then. I wasn't too sure if there'd be much difference between Jan and March as far as temps anyway.
We've only went in January before but never without clothing and we're hoping that other than the theme costumes to have as little clothing on as possible.
I told her it's great for us to go in January, if we have the great time we're expecting we can always go again in March..lol

Jamaica in January is going to be about 90 degrees warmer than ND. I think it's the ideal time. 80 degrees, no clouds, low humidity, and a whole bunch of us there to bask in the tropical sun. For my money the summer in Jamaica is not the best time to go, January is.
I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was.

We're looking forward to get away from the dirty, nasty, cold winter as well, we will be at Hedo III from 12/29 till 1/6. The only real problem I forsee is Jo- getting me on the plane to go back to New York.

Oh!!!! Believe me, that is no lie, all the other times we went to Jamaica the one and only reason I got on that plane was to get home to see our furry kid, but sadly we lost Kilo in July '08, so this time Jo- is really, really going to have Her hands full.....

I've been to Jamaica in October and I'm going in December this year.

I too am concerned about the weather. I've been told its nice, low 80's to light jacket after dark.

I guess I will know the true answer once I get there for the experience. I am not exactly sure how to pack. I get cold very easily.

We usually go in early February and the nude pool is hopping during the day. True, you aren't going to see many people in the nude pool after dark, but it's never been too cold for going as bare as you dare to dinner.

    Warmth

My wife and I got married at hedo 3 in January of 08. We had no problems getting naked and staying naked for most of our stay at hedo. The naked pool can be a little cold at night but I found it was a little cold during the day. The hot tub at the nude pool was always busy and hot during our stay and not always because of the temperature.

Usually we're there over New Years, but we've stayed as late as Jan.14. The weather has always been very nice, never a problem running around nekkid at any time of the day or night, never had a need for long sleeves or a jacket. It can be windy, but when the temp and humidity make it feel close to 100 during the day, the breeze is appreciated. Rains are not steady, it has rained on several occassions, but usually only lasts 10-15 minutes and then the sun is back out. Contrary to a previous opinion we find the pool temps fine, but then we're from Canada, so anything unfrozen at that time of year is just fine with us!
