I think you need to let the travel agent that you made your Hedo reservation with know and he/she will give the information to Hedo. Alternatively, I suppose you could email Hedo directly with the information so they can put you name on the list at the Superclubs desk at Sangster airport.

Just give your TA the info on your flight, go to the Super Clubs desk at the airport, get you cold bottle of water, fill out your registration card and hopefully within 15 to 30 minutes you will be on your way . They have it down really well both coming and going.

This is a "no problem mon" question.

You need to do nothing in advance!
After you go through customs, make your way to the Superclubs lounge(CANNOT MISS IT), A bellhop will watch your bags outside the lounge, slide on up to the counter, show your reservation sheet, fill out an info sheet, grab a drink from around the corner, as you are walked out to the bus. Tip $1 a bag to the people who handle them(carry with you about $30 in 1's and 5's)

    YES IT IS THAT EASY!
    At the Superclub's lounge counter...
Hi we are MR and Mrs Jones, here is our reservation sheet for H3/H2...

Finding the Superclubs bus is the easiest of any island weve been too. Like the others have mentioned, simply fill out a guest card, get a drink, and then pile onto the bus for the very interesting ride to your home away from home.

No problems, no worries...if you are booked at Hedo, your transfer from Montego Bay to Hedo is included. Walk straight out customs until you get to the Super Clubs lounge, you can not miss it, you will walk straight into it. Give them youy resort voucher and they will take care of the rest, arranging for your bus to Hedo...

    Thanks ... we aren't using a travel agent ...

we used miles for our flight purchase. But it sounds like all we need to do is show up with our voucher ...

    Thanks!

NO PROBLEM MAN!!!! There is a superclubs receptions area after you get through customs ( no yelling to others you may know in immigrations line, customs is NOT AMUSED!!!!) you show them your itinerary that you set up with hedo and they take care of the rest!!!! Just have a drink at Margaritaville(not free) and relax till its time to take the bus ride to your new home!!!!!!!

As said. you don't need to do anything but show up at the Superclubs desk to check in. You SHOULD have a voucher just in case there are any problems at check in (seldom are but better safe than sorry) to prove your reservation but if your name is on the list and you forget your voucher they will still get you to the resort.

Your TA SHOULD require your flight info as they are suppose to send it to the resort. That way the registration and housekeeping staff know to TRY and have your room ready sooner than someone who is arriving later than you. They really do look at that when possible.
