Customize my page ?

I had my page designed to colors I wanted to use.But my computer crashed and had to install a new hard drive. Since then I have not been able to change my page to the look that I had before.
I cannot acess the colors to change the ( gif ?? ) Any help would be appreciated,

Have you clicked on the "User CP" link and then the "Customize Profile" link? If not, do it and see if you can make the changes. If you have and it's not working.......????
