When I switched servers I lost some of these permissions, oops.

You can now create Avatars again (the little pictures by your username when you post). Max size 60x60 pixels & 30kb

You can also now upload a profile picture. This will be displayed whenever someone views your profile. The max size is 300x300 pixels & 100kb

Both of these options are entirely seperate from the forum gallery.
