yes. My wife wears a thong when we walk the beach. You can go topless as well, but Sandals typically ask that you put one on.

We do the walk every morning and a thong is a must. It is a constant reminder (watching other men watch my wife) that I could only go to one of those "other" resorts with my kids...but then I would be too sad know what I am missing "down the beach"
