Not too sure but the website doesn't load up for me either.
I am having issues with it myself...some kind of BS...I have mailed Hedo to see if they are aware of the problem.

Its back on line, don't know the story behind it being down, but I just visited a few minutes ago

It has been on and off the last couple days, they told me they had the problem resolved and I got on, 10 minutes later it was down again. It is working right now however.
