They say as long as the curtains match the carpet.... I prefer a small runner or hardwood floors for that matter... Being a hairy guy I shave the meat and taters but leave the diner plate trimmed low, otherwise it looks ridiculous.

about the only people i saw sporting full bush when I was there were an oriental couple ... pretty much everyone else had neatly shaven areas or completely clean.

M'lady has a landing strip. I personally prefer at least the landing strip, but I wouldn't turn away a bare one for being bare.

No more painful than waxing or getting a tattoo, and you can have any "swoosh", "heart", "star", or "Air Force logo" design you want,,,, for life. It's permanent, and after a few treatments, you're done.
The bad side is that it doesn't work as well on lighter colored hair, like light blond or grey.
