Tip for those who bring business cards or cards with contact information to hand over to others:
Laminate at least a couple of them. That way you can hand them out anywhere without needing to worry about them getting ruined by water, sun tan lotion, lubricant etc.
We also print our cards with contact information on one side and on the back the text "Room number:" and a white space in which we can write the room number with a permanent marker.

Great thread - Thanks a ton!

Have a question though - What does one wear to the sit down dinner restaurants @ Hedo II? I thought I'd need to bring dress shirts/trousers - but after reading this thread I'm wondering if I really need to or do people get away with casual wear (Shorts/Tee), perhaps?

It is your vacation so dress how you like but dress pants and dress shirts are not necessary.

You'll be fine with a nice pair of shorts and a button up shirt. It's too warm for long trousers. Many people also dress for dinner in the theme of the evening if you're choosing to participate, and others go back to their room after dinner and change into their theme wear.

Whatever you wore on the plane would work fine anywhere clothes are required.

WE have been to Desire and hedo so a couple of suggestions.
Hedo - Any nice resort wear is fine for lunch and Diner. other than that swim suits good most everywhere.

Desire Pearl - same as hedo but one of the restaurants reqires long pants so pack a pair or two.
