My wife and I just got recently got into the lifestyle and it has been so great.

But lately I have had some troubles getting it up. I'm not sure if its nerves or what.

So I was wondering has anyone had an issue like this and what they did?

Ahh man relax I'm pretty sure it happens to 95% of the guys when they first start out. I know it happened to me the first few times. Like getwhat said, Just relax and enjoy the moment. If you go into a situation already nervous that your cock wont perform you're already losing the battle!! Just know that it takes time to get used to performing in front of more than your spouse. If I'm having trouble, kissing always helps me out. And if we're in front of a few people I always just block everyone else out...It's kinda like public speaking.....just look out over everyone's head and pretend your the only person in the building. lol Trust me that shit works!!

Medications are my personal killer. FloMax and Benecar (for high b/p) will take the starch out of anything! That would be my first suggestion....look at the medications you're taking.

And yes, the little blue pill DOES help!

I agree with what everyone said. Great advice, but I would add watch your alcohol consumption too. Also, as Hotcpl said, if you are worried about your cock not performing, it won't.

stress will do it everytime. hell the first time I tried with a woman other than my wife she (wife) had to fluff me to get me going. not my most auspicious moment in the bedroom. if it takes meds, or herbal remedies, do it, once you have your confidence back it won't be an issue anymore

Even though we are not swinger let me suggest a few things ...try not having sex in the days leading up to the night you plan on playing ..for instance if you are going to a party on Saturday night maybe go the whole week without fucking.Also there are a bunch of products out there you may have to try a few to find the one that works best for you.Someone mentioned stiff nights ,I tried that and it did not work for me Rize used to be really good but they were forced to change the formula and now it is "impotent".Kaboom strips are good ..cockstar...nothing like the original Rize but you may want to try them and see what happens ....let us know

I have not had the problem you described. I have, however, had extreme difficulty in finishing the mission with anyone except my wife. Not to say it has never happened because it has, but only very rarely. It is a good thing for some marathon sport fuc*ing, but after a while the release would be nice to have the release lol.
Not sure what the difficulty is, but the wife does not complain!

Ya I had that problem twice as well not being able to finish. But I was just tested for sleep apneia and found out I do have it. Had it for years now, and I know one symptom is sexual.

I used to also take certain medications that can effect performance as well.

So lately I am just taking my time and relaxing. Hopefully all will pan out

NJ- I guess it's like looking a gift horse in the mouth to complain about lasting a long time now that I re-read my post, but I think it's just a matter of sex with my wife being so much more powerful emotionally for me that with even close friends when we play. Of course it does not hurt at all that she knows exactly what to say or where to touch me to push me over the edge.

Thats my "problem" when I drink alot, no finish for me. God bless her, poor kitten tries some times then, but eventually I let her stop before she passes out from exhaustion, lol.
