    swing beds

I searched the forum but did not see this question. Our first Hedo was to Hedo III we loved it and made particularly fun use of the swing beds but we are getting ready to book again and are going to try Hedo II this time in Nov 2009 (can't wait) so my question is does Hedo II have the same type of swing beds that Hedo III does or will we just have to make do with hammocks? Thanks so much.

Very funny similar experiences. Our first trip was 2.5 years ago to H3 LOVED the swinging beds too. Decided to change it up to H2 last year in Nov and fell in love with H2 and Negril, we are headed back to H2 this November too.

Unfortunatly so far no swinging beds, the same mattresses scattered around but not on a swing platform. As the Rolling Stones say "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you just might find...you get what you need."

Maybe we can lobby the powers that be for the swinging beds.

Good point, the GM that is at Hedo 2 now, is the GM that had the swing beds installed at Hedo 3...drop him a note...

Nice relaxing views as an option to the hammocks. People do sometimes use them or play areas....

Last year when we were there, the swinging beds looked really dirty, not sexy dirty, but yucky dirty! I wouldn't have dreamed of putting my naked body on that dirty mattress! Are you supposed to bring your own sheet to cover up the dirty mattress, or do you just say "the heck with it" and get on anyways?

There are no swing beds at H2 but there are f**k huts scattered over on the prude side by the cool pools and outdoor pool tables and one behind the main stage. Very relaxing for a *nap* or *whatever* day and night! A great addition!!!!!

Hey..the beds were a little dirty, but we just had had massages and had our pool towels..laid them down and relaxed, the swing beds were awesome...nude side set back away from the people but still visible if anyone chose to look, there was just something amazing about the bed rocking and the waves crashing below, and of course just the hedo vibe...I really hope they have them at H2 in Nov...if not maybe we'll have to bring some ropes and rig them up ourselves!!LOL

Plus forgot to mention, when you're done with the towels you had the exchange hut right there and a quick dip in the ocean/pool gets any dirt off...lol seriously, Dena, the huts were AWESOME!!
