    Is it really all-inclusive

Okay...I am ready to hit the send button on my reservation.....Looking at (hopefully space is still available) arriving on July 8, can't stay too long this first trip, but hope there will be longer opportunities down the road...

My question is: Are the trip packages purchased through travel agents (DennyP looks to be the best) really all inclusive, or are there hidden fees? Any advice on this would be most appreciated.

drinks, food, hotel room is paid for. The spa, cat cruise, some of the water sports (sea-doo) and excursions cost extra. the diving costs money, but the snorkeling boat ride is free. They have kayaks and a sail boat of sort those are also free to use.

Actually, the diving is free if you are a certified diver. There is an extra fee for lessons and night diving.

All drinks, food, room, and activites are free that are at the resort. Any motorized sports are not included, cruises, banana boats, parasail etc. Some of the spa services are extra also. We usually only spend a small amount on things for the folks back home. But with a few exceptions, everthing Hedo owned is included. Have fun

Im open to be corrected, but I think you can go out in the dive boat with the group and snorkel while the others go down.

Jhett, no hidden fees. You pay your price & you literally could go down with no cash and be fine.

    Things to bring cash for...

    1. To tip anyone who touches your bag...$1 per bag per touch!

    2. To buy any party favors you may want. Buy at resort only!

    3. To go on catamaran cruise - lots of people enjoy it..I'm seasick so have never gone.

    4. To bring home trinkets for family or rum for yourself.

Have fun & no worries....there are no hidden fees. And Denny rocks...he's a good friend!

Thanks everyone, especially Liz....Comments were very helpful.

I thought I would be able to book it today...Hockey season continues on for at least one more game, and until that's done I can't commit to anything...but soon, very, very soon. Then the official waiting begins.

I usually take $100-$200 in ones, fives and tens. That way I can get anything I run out of at the gift shop, tip, and pay a taxi for off premisis trips. Blue Mtn coffee, rum, and/or rum cream are favorite items to bring back.

Make sure to buy trip insurance...it is hurricane insurance.

And it is more all inclusive than other spot we have been where you still had to tip to get service.
