John is the older of the short order grill cooks who works the nude grill. He is a nice gentleman. He is also, however, perhaps the slowest most deliberate short order cook in the hemisphere. Everything is just so as he puts together the orders. You will receive a real lesson in what "soon come" means (Island time)- when you order your lunch.

John is awesome!!!! We brought him a nice wine from a local winery the last time we went. We always find something for him because he tries so hard to make sure that your food is perfect!
