Hey can someone help me find my room. Is it on the ground floor or 1st floor ?
Just got my E ticket and it just say's "poolview all inclusive Al"

Poolview will be second or third floor in the Quad. poolfront is ground floor.

We booked thru sky Auction and upgraded to poolfront for $100.00 from their standard poolview. we have always had poolfront, love it. Noise is no problem since we are drunk all the time.

Call them and get it fixed. If you know you payed extra for pool front. Don't let'em F you around

The pool front room is a higher category room, when you arrive at the resort you can ask for the pool front room, they may give it to you at no additional cost if the resort is not busy. You can always contact your T/A and pay the additional fees now to save the trouble or just wait until you arrive. If on check in you are given a room that the second number is 2 or 3, you are going upstairs. Ask then for the change.

The second and third floors have great views of the pool, the downside is unless you make friends with a ground floor, you are gonna have to climb stairs to go to the potty.

Oh my goodness!!! I am now really glad I changed my dates to get my poolfront room. The bathroom!!!

I Knew we were back and forth to the room alot, cigs, radio, beer pong float, lub! I didn't even think about the bathroom! LOL.
