Where to find group trip calendars?

Hi Folks,
My wife and I are Hedo virgins planning our first trip for either October or November of 09 (I still have to pinch myself each morning to make sure I didnt dream that she agreed to go).
Do either Hedo 2 or 3 have a calender that tells you which groups will be at either or both resorts this far in advance? Where might I find this info (the calender section here is for individules to post, but doesnt show groups.

Also, is there any benefit or drawback to booking a trip this far in advance...?
Or, should we wait till later in the summer (would we expect the rates to change much between now and then)??

Try www.dennyp.com www.hedonism.com www.castawaystravel.com all of these have group trip calendars, a couple of them are travel agents. There is also a group trip calendar feature here on this site.
