    Pants for Guys

I was wondering if there is ever a time when guys need to wear (or is the norm to wear) pants. Are shorts always acceptable attire or are there situations (e.g. the disco or restaurants) where pants are the norm?

I don't recall my hubby packing pants. Everything is really relaxed there. There are two restaurants that require reservations and couples tend to dress nicer to those dinners, but shorts and a nicer tee does it for my hubby!!

only time you need pants is if it is for a certain theme night. Otherwise no pants needed.
    Again with flip-cup??

Nice shorts are fine. I wore a pair of jeans in the front door and on the way out the front door. That's the only time I had long pants on. I saw maybe two guys the entire week with long pants.

I've been going to the Hedo restaurants for several years now. I have never seen a man wearing long pants except for one time last November. it was an older gentleman who thought he was going to a typical Caribbean resort. Normally, the guys wear shorts and a tropical short, or something similar.

The only time I have long pants is for the flight. Other than that...shorts all the way (if I wear them)

My husband wore jeans alot to dinner with a nice shirt, but that's just him, he likes to wear jeans. Most of the other men wore shorts though.
    Can I get nekkid yet?!

I am guessing that the same applies for Hedo II?

We both traveled in jeans to and from.
I brought and wore 2 pair of long pants. Both were dockers, loose fitting, dress, casual.

Wore them to dinner before we changed for the evenings activities.
After all we were on vacation and we treated a couple nights of dinner as a very nice dinner date!

At either 2 or 3 long pants are not the norm. As most have said shorts and a decent shirt suffice

    Thumbs up

I always take a pair of slacks for dinner in Pastafari and Munsan. Not sure if it is required or not, I just wear slacks to dinner. As for what other men wear...I would have to say that I have never noticed..to busy looking at what the gals are wearing....that's not necessarily a bad thing...lol...
