Some friends of ours just got back from Jamaica. When they got there they were told that their resort was overbooked and they ended up staying at a different resort for their entire trip.
Does this ever happen at H2? How often? Is it usually something thats taken care of in a timely manner?
We just got back from H2 2/3/05 and saw this very thing happen.
Between the amount of people, and the construction on alot of the rooms at H2, we met a couple that had to stay at "couples" the resort next to hedo for 2 days before they were able to get there room at H2. They were rewarded with a room upgrade and and 1 free night. Hope this helps. rb
