Hello there,

My husband and I are 27 and are planning to book our first Hedo trip for Feb 13-20, 09. We've read some great things here and on some other forums but we still have a couple of questions about the "Hedo sexperience". We're both pretty outgoing and sociable, but were only 95% on the whole nude thing. Naked is great for us, but were not sure if everybody else will enjoy our nakedness quite as much. My husband has been known to spontaniously get naked, but me not so much. We are a pretty good looking couple, but it's just something that we wouldn't be used to.

We're not too sure how intense we would want to get on the vacation as far as PDA's/PDP's are concerned but we've talked about how we might want to do some private shows for people we gel with while we're there. I'm just a little concerned about people being overly forward or touching before asking (Not that I'm a prude, but just a little shy that way) . Is there really a good dose of respect that people have? BTW the PJ party and toga party sound like a real treat, and a chance to dress up and act silly.

We would like to get to know some other couples that might be going that same week (or close to it as we haven't booked yet) so that we could maybe have a head start on the meeting people.

It looks like we'll probably end up getting our room on the prude side, will we have to prove our hedonistic side before being accepted into the nude world, or will you welcome us in with open arms?

Hi Jen, your first point, about the nudity. There it is totally natural. Everyone else is naked so the folks with clothes on are the ones who attract attention. That being said, our last trip we met a lady who took almost the entire week to work up the nerve to take off her bottoms then couldn't understand why it took her so long. Our first time there was our first time in a naked place. We were naked within 30 minutes of arriving and the rest, as they say, is history. You say you are young and "a pretty good looking couple". Well we're on the other end of that spectrum, lol, and if folks can handle us naked then they'll have no problem with you . You'll find looks really aren't that big of a deal. There it's all about attitude. Just walk up to people, say hello, introduce yourself and that's all it takes to make new friends.
As for the pushy sex. No means no! The folks we've met there are very courteous and respectful. It's all about your comfort level. Not everyone the are full blown "lifestylers". And that is perfectly alright!
Don't worry, you will be welcomed "with open arms"!

We are a 30 something couple going the 22nd-25th of February. The Fluffernutters group is going to be there during the same week, and we actually booked with them since they are hoping to get enough rooms to make the entire resort at least clothing optional. My understanding is that there are plenty of "lifestylers" in the group, but also many who do not engage in activities with others as well.

We are in the same boat, never been to a nude resort, never done anything like this. We are also open to some possibilities if it feels right, but I am also not into having people touch me without asking. I have been reading many posts saying that there is a lot of respect shown by others so my fears have been put to rest.

If you end up booking at that time, we'll see you there.

First of all welcome. As far as the nude/prude issue, trust me, NUDE is the way to go. You do not have to have the body of a model or anything else. I recall the first time we went to Hedo II, I was so worried that I would be the only women there with saggy boobs and stretch marks. But you know what, it doesn't matter. EVERYONE is welcome at Hedo II & III. Just go relax, have fun drink l;ots of rum and red stripe.

We're definately excited about the potential for this vacation. It will definately be something different and out side or normal comfort zone at first but I expect it will be awesome.

What are some of the advantages of booking with a group? Besides being a part of a larger party do these groups have better rates when booking, or is it primarily a social thing?

We've been on a few different vacations in the past (Dominican, Cuba, Antigua) and we've really had a good time meeting interesting people that we could have dinner/drinks with and hang out with. We hope that we don't have a hard time fitting in and finding some people to talk and laugh with, and if what everybody is saying is true I don't think we will.

Hopefully the redstripe is up to Canadian beer standards .

sounds like you would be fun to hang out with , weve never been to hedo but were looking at mide march as it looks as there will be more people [ then we wont be noticed if we want ] I,read that groups will pick you up while your there but dont know for sure , dont have alot of time to think about that as we have to book somthing w/o groups any how we like the theme of it all have a graet trip. We I think live 2500k north of you?

I can not believe you all - These nice people are heading out on an adventuresome vacation and none of you will tell them about the required initiation ceremony. DOn't you think they should know about it beofre they go you all remember seeing those poor souls that had know idea about "IT" when it starts!

I think someone should warn them - They'll freak when "IT" happens if you don't thell them!!!!!

OK, been there, done it, got the tee shirt, just didn't know the acronym!! As you say, forewarned is forearmed though for newbies!! Although we fly out on Saturday morning from London, we are staying overnight at the airport Friday, so our vacation starts then - better not take our clothes off in the hotel foyer though!!

Okay so I have another question for this group!!!

I am somewhat hesitant on the group age of people at Hedo II...which is why I can't decide between the resorts. I myself like a "younger" crowd and my husband fancies the older crowd? What is the average age at Hedo II and do they like young people

Still have many questions but we have a while before we depart...so be prepared.

The time you hope to be at the resort there will lots of people of all ages. *Old* people like us and lots of youngster like you. The beaches a hedo II are fantastic so it really depends on what you are looking for. You should have a great time at either resort.

BTW, as far as the older people liking younger people.....we like everyone
