Question for the readers out there

I'm wondering if any of you readers out there ever read any Laurell K. Hamilton - Anita Blake, vampire hunter books.

I ask because these books have some of the most absolute best erotic writings in them. I'm a voracious reader and I have NEVER come across books like these that are national best sellers.

Just reading those "parts" makes me squirm and wish i were HER! There is some BDSM, threesomes (2 m - 1 f), there are orgies with her as the ONLY female, etc. BUT they are also very good reads. It sometimes takes me longer to read them 'cause i have to go back and re-read the "good" parts, lol.

VERY erotic and intensely written, set in modern days. St. Louis is the setting for most of the books

Kerry liked the "Beauty" Series by A.N. Roquelaire (AKA Anne Rice)- it is an adult erotica spin on the Sleeping Beauty story- 3 books I think. Made her tingle quite a bit- pretty heavy bdsm.

Yes, I (monieb, Black Vulcan's wife) have read a few of Laurell Hamilton's books- they are fabulous, because they are really engaging, yet arousing at the same time. I have marked some of her more erotic passages and revisit them from time to time.
