Have to say it wasn't really bad, there was this guy sining and playing guitar and he was really good never knew a Jamaican man could yoodle like that, also so really hot cowgirls walking around it was fun.

Back in November, we did a cowgirl night, chaps, hats, boots, woo hoo!!

They didn't have a western night at the resort, so we just switched some theme nights around and made our own.

Western night was better than expected! The party is on the beach and the music was really good! I'm not a huge country fan, but was great top hear a Jamaican singing Kenny Rogers! The cowgirl attire is fun, fun fun! Our avatar was taken that night, as a matter of fact!

Western night was better than Casino Night....which actually might be better once they practice dealing BlackJack. Sorry...can't remember which night Casino Night was. And we agree, the Jamaican Cowboy singer was very good...nice strong voice!

I think the best thing is that Hedo is willing to try different things to offer something for everyone. Considering the wide variety of folks that go there this is a monumental task. Do we know that some theme nights go over like a lead brick........ahyup, but we love the new Cabaret night on Tuesdays and are looking forward to seeing whats up with the new Casino night. I think the best thing we can always do is to offer up our honest opinions on the comment cards and definitely recognize the fact that the EC staff are trying very hard to keep us entertained. Heck, when I'm in the states I have a tough time knowing quite what to do with myself.................

I agree Lora. It's nice to see the ECs trying so hard to improve their shows (Cabaret night rocks!) and bring in additional talent. I got a kick out of Western Night...but I imagine after seeing that same show 20 times I'd be mighty sick of it pardner! Of course with the endless opportunities to yell, "Ride me cowboy!" ... or to bring out the horsey tail!!! I can be easily amused.

Tuesday has always been PJ night. I can't imagine them changing PJ night.
That has always been the one night that everyone does participate in...

My wife and I always go to dinner in our jammies on Tuesday. A lot of other
people, although I admit not everyone, also seems to do so.

Caberet night is Tuesday, but it doesn't have a dress up theme...so do your own thing if you like wearing your jammies. Since mine sometimes consist of glitter & beads I tend to wait until after the dinner show to dress up....I don't like glitter in my soup.

But that's another subject. Western night is Monday night. Not bad music! But since it was travel day/night we crashed early but otherwise would've enjoyed dancing to some country music. But not to worry, it doesn't mess with Tuesday PJ night or TOGA night so the party is still on, lol
