Has anyone ever heard of

DBKS PRESENTS DADBKS PRESENTS DA 6TH ANNUAL BIG SEXY HEDO 3 TAKEOVER

We're looking to book our first hedo trip that week and can't decided between II or III.

Personally, any time I see a group proclaiming a "takeover" of the resort, I grind my teeth. All too often (in my experience), it means a lot of people showing little respect for others and assuming anything they do is perfectly fine. That said, I've never been there at the same time as this group.

I never been during this time of the group but I hear they are a good group and respectful to everyone... but this is just what I hear..... I think you will be fine boondoogie amd usually a takeover is just the quad side

We have been there when the DBKS group was there. At the beginning of their stay, the end of ours, there were 3 groups at the resort at once. I think they arrive on a Thursday if I remember correctly. While I share Mr Quackers feelings about people and groups claiming they are going to take over the resort, I will say that they were a pleasant and friendly group. Not sure how many people you need to have to be able to "take over" the resort, but as I recall they were under or around 35-40 in number, and spent their time in the quad, with plenty of room for everyone else as well.

Checking the Superclubs website, the entire resort is available during that time except for PoolFront Rooms, those are in the Quad.
