    some help for first timers

We were wondering if it was better to just buy razors,q-tips,soap..ect. at the resort to save having a checked bag on the plane. We will be at hedo 2 june 21-28...we can't wait.

Soap, shampoo and conditioner are in rooms. If you have to buy razor etc they are not too $$ at resort. Be brave, get a WAXING before you go...Have fun..

    small items....

I would take my own q-tips and razors. IMO they were too expensive at the resort. As far as not having to check in an extra bag, just throw em in a ziploc bag then put them in a pocket of a clothing item. Have a great trip!!!

FYI - A very small bottle of asprin (maybe 20 tablets) set me back $11. Most expensive drug at H3. If you bring your shampoo and conditioner be sure to double baggie it. A big oops on our part.

Last year I didn't bring a razor with. I shave my head everyday. All they had there was single edge bic razors. When I got done it looked like I used an axe.
A very dull axe. We also bought trial size bottles of shampoo and soaps.

Take your own stuff, it is worth the little bit of extra pain checking a bag...really not that big of a deal...

Visit the travel size aisle at Walmart...we have a little plastic Q-tip box that we refill...fits more than enough for a 10 day trip for 2. Plus the small shave creame, deoderant, toothpaste etc are just fine. Pack a razor in a ziplock...you are ready to go! Our only must have next time is REAL hair conditioner...the 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner we brought and the conditioner at the resort did not do its job. Will bring at least a small bottle of that in November.

Definitely bring your own everything! For those that check everything, we use the food saver machine. Be sure not to suck all the air out especially with liquids. Just seal the bag so that if they do leak a little then no big deal. For the trip home, we use freezer quart zip lock bags.

    Bic Razors and Bald Guys

Oh my God was it a nightmare. It looked like I was having some kinda seizure at the time. I wore a bandana afterwards and when I took it off everyone was saying"HOLY SHIT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HEAD?' So I don't care what I have to do to bring my razor with. You know Beauty has its price.LMAO
