Cocktails International July 26th - Aug 2nd

Cocktails International is a bunch of folks who gather once a year (formally) for a week of fun in the sun down in Jamaica, at Hedonism III.

We are a varied and quite diverse group. Our members come from all over, with many different occupations and personalities. The age range of our members tends to be 20 on up. Most of our members are looking for a week of social activities as well as being able to do things on their own. We are a group that wholeheartedly supports each couple/individual's choice to do what they want on their vacation.

Throughout Cocktails week we have scheduled events. Each event is optional but I must say the welcome party, and group dinner are well attended and the naughty gift exchange is always a highlight!

Just an update on the dates.

This year's trip is July 25th - Aug 1st. The dates above are from last year's trip.

Getting very eager to see everyone. It is filling out to be a great group this year. With all the great deals and everyone needing to get away from it all there has been a great influx of new group members. We are having a great time helping all of our new members get ready for their first trip. Feeding off that first-timer excitement just intensifies our anticipation of the trip.

Gonna be one helluva party!

Can't wait to see old friends and meet all the new ones!

is killing us.......but we are finally down to 32 days......whoo hooo! Tanning starts today, I didn't think this day would ever get here.

Does anyone know how long you have to wait after gettting a tattoo before you can start tanning? I started a few weeks ago, but got a tattoo last week and now I am not sure when I can resume my tanning!

We always keep the sun off our tats. Even when going out for a tan we "finger paint" the sunscreen on the tats to keep the color from fading. If I remember correctly it was two weeks before they were done with scabbing and we could get them wet. I would not spread sunscreen on them before 3-4 weeks at least - so I would guess that would be the tanning ban too.

Of course I am just speculating - I would call the tattoo artist.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like good advise to me!!! I tan fairly quickly, so maybe waiting a few more weeks won't hurt!

When I got my most recent tat, I was told no sun for 2 wks, and then sunscreen after then. I tanned yesterday, but put spf 30 on my tat, with no problems.
